Italy Photo Album: Tuscany Countryside

I’ve mentioned it before, but one of my quarantine projects is going through old hard drives where I store my photos. It’s sort of amazing to see how far I’ve come in terms of photography, but how I store it leaves much to be desired. In any case, a lot of the photos I’ve never touched include drone shots from around the world!

Today’s photo diary-style post is from our trip to Italy in 2018 and features the short time we spent in Tuscany. We stayed at the cutest hotel – La Locanda, a luxury retreat nestled amongst the wineries and hills of Volpaia – and ate, drank, and explored until our hearts were content. We loved waking up each morning to see the fog rolling over the hills and the bed-and-breakfast featured the most serene pool area.

We STILL talk about the delicious food and wine we enjoyed throughout the course of our trip to Italy and it’s near the top of places we want to return to one day. In the meantime, here is a collection of some of our Italy drone photos we took…I hope you enjoy them like I do!
